This isn’t just a sales role, it’s a growth engine. You’ll own the full cycle: opening doors, building commercial trust, and driving deep account growth. You’ll also act as a strategic bridge between our BDMs and Head of Sales, mentoring, influencing, and amplifying performance across the region.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own and expand a portfolio of commercial relationships across target sectors (tech, engineering, manufacturing, and more)
- Drive high-quality new business through outbound prospecting, referral networks, and partnerships
- Grow accounts through consultative selling, strategic upsell, and cross-functional collaboration
- Mentor and guide BDMs; act as the escalation point between field sales and leadership
- Attend in-person meetings and networking events to deepen trust and close deals
- Partner with internal technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience

- A full UK driving license (travel to client sites required)
