🔍 What You’ll Do
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Meet with business leaders to uncover opportunities and pitch tailored R&D solutions
• Lead sales huddles and drive performance across a growing outbound team
• Manage and optimise a strong B2B pipeline to hit and exceed targets
• Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen campaigns and outreach
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience
• Deliver clear sales reporting and performance insights to leadership
• Consistently follow up and engage prospects with precision and purpose

• Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a fast-growth setting
• Strong pipeline management and a data-driven approach to closing deals
• Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
• Confident handling high-value negotiations and complex decision-makers
• Self-motivated, organised, and focused on results
• Full UK driving licence

• Experience in R&D tax, recruitment, sales, or professional/financial services
• Work or educational experience in engineering, science or manufacturing is a HUGE bonus
